Terms & Scientific Research Agreement #### Research-only supply
All materials are supplied for analytical, laboratory, forensic, academic, or approved medical-study work only. They are not for human or animal consumption, administration, inhalation, topical use, food, cosmetics, household use, or veterinary use. #### Legal and import responsibility
Before ordering, the client must check all local and international laws, import restrictions, permits, institutional rules, and customs requirements that apply to the destination. The client is fully responsible for lawful import, receipt, storage, handling, and disposal of every item ordered. #### Handling
Materials must be handled only by appropriately trained personnel with suitable facilities, protective equipment, and approved procedures. They must not be mishandled, diverted, consumed, administered, or used for any purpose outside analytical research or an approved study. #### Orders and payment
Placing an order confirms that the client has read and accepted these terms. We may refuse or cancel an order where the intended use, destination, or requested quantity cannot be supported. Product information and availability should be checked before payment.
