We ship from the European Union and the United States.
US orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse for domestic delivery — no international customs for those parcels. All other destinations ship from the EU warehouse.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking is provided where available. Delivery estimates are in business days and can vary with local conditions, customs processing, and weekends.
Lost shipment guarantee
If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will replace the order or issue a refund. This covers both tracked and non-tracked methods. Contact support with your order ID after the estimated delivery window has passed — we will check the delivery record and ask whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
